You spot clues and cues easily. Normally when you search for clues you find any present without a check. If a clue is inaccessible you still learn that a clue may be there, and possible hiding places. Once you find a clue or cue you may roll against your study score. If you succeed you gain the description and the pointer. If you fail you gain the description but not the pointer. After that you may use a project to inspect the clue.

Default Mastery Options

    • Criminal Catalog: When you individual with the wanted fault (and an undisguised impression) you know that individual's name and the list of crimes he or she is wanted for.
    • Inductive Genius: You need one fewer pointer than usual to solve a mystery.
    • Infallible Logic: When you solve a mystery you may include incorrect pointers, so long as you have enough correct pointers it counts as a success.
    • Lie Detector: When someone makes a statement you can check it for falsehoods. You roll a contest between your scholarship and the opponent's appearance, and you gain a bonus. If you win you can determine which parts of a statement are true, false, or purposefully ambiguous.
