Meteor Shield

An expensive spell usually used by Earth Magic. A jagged stone rapidly orbits your body, battering anything that overlaps your area. The meteor attacks when you enter someone's area, when someone enters your area, and during any overlapping target's prelude. There is no attack check, it simply hits with a success margin of 0. If empowered with mana that success margin increases to 5, but you may not recover that mana until you deactivate your meteor shield.
