You have a knack for finding people willing to share information or other aid.
- Network: You gain a bonus on monitor checks to get rumors or gather information. You can spend a focus to create a friendly contact in a location who remains until killed or provoked.
 
- Default Evolutions
- Friendly Allowance: You count as a member of any organization that you do not have a reaction penalty from.
 - Friendly Face: When you enter a new populated region you automatically meet one personality who either knows you or instantly trusts you, granting you a reaction bonus.
 - Well Connected: Informants will come to you immediately when new threats, goals, mysteries, or opportunities appear in your region, or if someone is inquiring about you.
 
 
- Special Evolutions
- Dynamic Socialite: You are automatically invited to all notable social events, and you gain a bonus to all checks at such events unless you are humiliated.
 - Nasty Associates: You may use communication instead of rank to threaten a target or to recruit thug followers. After any encounter you must pay a reasonable fee to each thug or they will turn on you.
