Hesitate

On your turn you can hesitate to act later. When your turn starts you may use your snap and your guard resents normally, but if you hesitate you keep your action for later use. Directly after any other character takes a turn you may resolve your own action, but your checks suffer a penalty (-2). If multiple hesitating individuals try to go at once their actions are resolved in order of reflex. You may keep hesitating into the next round, but you may never take 2 actions in the same round. So if you use the hesitation action during the next round, when your turn comes up your guard resets and you get a snap to use, but no action.
