- Miserly
- Constant: You may not redouble checks or spend focus while you are strapped.
- Focus: When you get an expensive service or item without having to pay more than a reasonable amount for it.
- Invoked: When you attempt to buy something expensive this may be invoked to make you halt the deal. You suffer a penalty (-2) to negotiate with sellers of that item until your next respite.
