- Network 3: When you monitor for rumors you also learn of any active organizations and factions in the area, major personalities, any achievements available, or a clue from a mystery you name. After each success you may add a specific personal contact in the area with ties to an organization of your choice. Monitoring using the contact offers you secret information and rumors around that organization, but if you fail or choose a new contact you lose the previous contact. You gain a network mastery.
