You know everyone's price.
- Tempting Bribe: You may make a negotiate check to fix the price to make an individual do a task. If you succeed you discover the cheapest price, either in currency or something else the target desires. If you can pay the price, the target will perform the task. If you fail you get a reaction penalty from the target.
